At 3 x 24 inches, the FD-06 is long enough to run across the full width of most shower areas. That makes it the right choice for walk-in showers, level-access wet rooms and bathrooms where water needs to be caught along one entire edge. Placed at the shower entry or along a wall, a 2-feet drain keeps water contained, so the floor can slope in a single direction.

The tile-insert top takes a strip of the surrounding floor tile, so even at 24 inches the drain blends into the floor and shows only a slim outline.
